As a registered player with Flinders Flames and a member of the FFSA, if you are seriously injured or hurt in a game you may need to claim insurance for multiple reasons. This insurance is included in your registration fees.
Injuries that occur during a game MUST be written on the team sheet at the end of a game.
FFSA Insurance coverage for all participants including players, coaches, match officials and volunteers for the calendar year 1 January to 31 December.
This includes:
• Public Liability Insurance of $20 Million
• Directors & Officers Insurance
• Personal Accident Insurance for players, match officials and non playing officials including coaches, managers and volunteers.
•Personal Accident Insurance includes
• Loss of Income
• Non Medicare Medial Expenses
• % of Physiotherapy Costs
Any player that has been injured during the competition are to download the form below to collect the entitled benefits.
