ABOUT

The Flinders Flames Women’s Football Club is a non for profit organisation which was re-established in 2000. It receives support in kind from Flinders University but relies on membership fees, fundraising, sponsorship and grant funding to support its activities.

We are unique in the following:

• No Social Division trials Any player that wants to play can. FFWFC will field as many teams each season as there are players for. We offer places for girls and women who may have never even touched a soccer ball before.
• Low fees FFWFC has some of the lowest fees in the federation league. We aim to encourage participation by keeping our fees as low as possible.
• Supportive Environment

•Squad Training

FFWFC put a lot of focus on participation; sporting and social activities; skills enhancement; and building team spirit.

FFWFC Senior Division teams train together as a squad, to help build team solidarity between the Divisions, this creates a culture that allows fluid transitions from each division and strengthening of the core group of players and coaches.
